3. Case Review & Acceptance


Each case is subject to a prior assessment.


Repute.fr reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cases deemed unlawful, unethical or unfeasible


No service begins without prior validation.

4. Client Responsibilities


The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information

  • Hold legitimate rights over accounts or identities involved

  • Provide access or verification elements when required

  • Use services for lawful purposes only


The client remains solely responsible for:

  • The legality of the request

  • The ownership of accounts or content

  • Any misuse of services

5. Account Access & Security


When required, the client may grant temporary access to accounts.


Repute.fr:

  • Uses such access strictly for service execution

  • Does not retain credentials beyond necessity

  • Cannot be held responsible for pre-existing security issues


The client is responsible for securing accounts after intervention if applicable.

6. Third-Party Platforms


Repute.fr may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, media outlets).


Repute.fr:

  • Has no control over final decisions made by these platforms

  • Cannot guarantee response times or outcomes

  • Is not responsible for policy changes or account restrictions

7. Content Removal & Legal Actions


Certain services may involve:

  • DMCA notices

  • Takedown requests

  • De-indexing processes

Repute.fr acts strictly within legal frameworks.

The client guarantees that:

  • Requests are legitimate

  • No abusive or fraudulent claims are made


Any misuse may result in immediate termination of services.

8. Public Relations (PR)


Media placement depends on:

  • Editorial acceptance

  • Relevance of the profile

  • Content validation


Repute.fr does not guarantee publication unless explicitly agreed.

9. Wikipedia Services


Wikipedia-related services are subject to:

  • Notability criteria

  • Independent sources

  • Editorial validation


Repute.fr cannot guarantee publication or permanence of content.

10. Fees & Payment Terms


Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.


Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Fees are defined before engagement

  • Payment terms are specified individually

  • Any performance-based condition must be explicitly agreed


Refunds, if applicable, are defined contractually per case.

11. Limitation of Liability


Repute.fr shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of reputation, revenue or opportunity

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.
