The client remains solely responsible for:

5. Account Access & Security

Does not retain credentials beyond necessity
Cannot be held responsible for pre-existing security issues
The client is responsible for securing accounts after intervention if applicable.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Repute.fr may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., social media, search engines, media outlets).
Repute.fr:
Has no control over final decisions made by these platforms
Cannot guarantee response times or outcomes
Is not responsible for policy changes or account restrictions
7. Content Removal & Legal Actions
Certain services may involve:
DMCA notices
Takedown requests
De-indexing processes
Repute.fr acts strictly within legal frameworks.
The client guarantees that:
Requests are legitimate
No abusive or fraudulent claims are made
Any misuse may result in immediate termination of services.
8. Public Relations (PR)

Editorial acceptance
Relevance of the profile
Content validation
Repute.fr does not guarantee publication unless explicitly agreed.
9. Wikipedia Services
Wikipedia-related services are subject to:
Notability criteria
Independent sources

10. Fees & Payment Terms
